Information About Returns
We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on Cosmocell2u.com.
We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service center.
- Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the ship date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new eGift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.
- Electronic Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or returned for credit.
- If a boxed Beauty Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
- If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return Your Order
- Please contact our customer service team at (+60)3 8063 8863 or send us an email to request for a returns material authorization (RMA) number.
- Please indicate the product item number, description, quantity and reason code for each product returned, on the Return Form provided with your order.
- Carefully pack your return, with the completed Return Form, in the original package to prevent damage during transit and ensure the timely processing of your refund.
- Affix the return label and send the box back to us via a carrier of your choice (we suggest registered email).
If the return form is not available, please include your name, email address, order number and item number along with the reason for return.
